-Directly increased international student enrollment numbers from 10% to 25% of total student body
-Created Instagram influencer campaigns resulting in 13% higher student enrollment overall
-Utilized SEO content and innovative B2B strategies to increase yearly enrollment by 15%
-Grew ACN’s social media presence by 700% with 6% average engagement rate (industry average 3%)
-Planned and successfully executed a 25th reunion with over 400 attendees from Norway and the U.S.
-Published author of articles in Norway and the U.S. resulting in increased visibility and enrollment
-Recruited students at education fairs, school tours, classroom visits, prospective student visits, etc.
-Managed events and partnerships with organizations including the U.S. Embassy and Education USA
-Owned all digital channels for ACN’s marketing - Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
-Wrote articles and press releases for the website and various education and cultural organizations
Writing Samples
In addition to social media marketing, I have helped write several blog articles for promotional use on the American College of Norway website. These articles range in topic and purpose from highlighting events, courses, and promotions. Furthermore, I have worked with faculty, staff and students to develop content. This has led to many successful collaborative articles. Purposively all articles have been developed to tell a story in a concise and visual way to keep the reader engaged. Article engagement and sharing has grown drastically. This is in part thanks to being consistent and sharing content across multiple platforms, helping reach all demographics in their preferred channel of social media. Furthermore, I have utilized my networking skills to write articles for various organizations in Norway and the U.S. resulting in increased visibility and enrollment.

Rising Leaders Program
Selected as one of the 20 young and diverse leaders to participate in the 2020/2021 Rising Leaders cohort, a joint initiative between the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway and the U.S. Embassy. The program aims to bring all participants together in an innovative program to promote diversity and connect Oslo’s most promising young talent with 250+ member companies.

Oslo+Acumen is a self-organized, volunteer led chapter, passionate about Acumen's mission. Oslo+Acumen is comprised of a dedicated and eager team working to spread Acumen's values in Norway and beyond. We seek to educate, serve and fundraise. Our core focus is on how development work can be most effective, and what role business may play to achieve tangible change with scalable results.
-Communicated Acumen’s mission through appropriate channels on a regular basis; helping grow the presence of Acumen and social entrepreneurship in the Nordics
-Created stimulating and visual images with Photoshop for use on social media channels, blogs and the website
